We have thoroughly tested our packaging so that it keeps your meal frozen for at least 24 hours.

In the unlikely event that your food has defrosted, make sure you keep it in the fridge and consume it within 48 hours. Do not refreeze a meal once it has defrosted. See each item’s cooking instructions for more information on different cooking times.
